MasonBaronet Announces Kristin Baxter as Creative Director

MasonBaronet, a Dallas advertising firm specializing in branding, announces a new addition to their team, welcoming Kristin Baxter as creative director. In her new role, Baxter is responsible for overall supervision of the agency’s creative product. Baxter has over 20 years of design and creative director experience with notable brands such as Nokia, Hilton Worldwide and I Am Second.


“Baxter’s experience and unique ability to intersect creative and strategy was one of the many reasons we were drawn to selecting her as creative director,” said Holly Mason, president and owner, MasonBaronet.


As creative director, Baxter will work closely with the account service team to solve marketing problems through smart, well-designed advertising and collateral materials.


“It is my philosophy that beautiful brands and creative executions are no longer enough for businesses,” said Baxter. “Both Creative and Analytical thinking must work together to create solutions that WOW. I am excited to be a part MasonBaronet and to begin working with the team to make a difference for our clients.”


Prior to joining MasonBaronet, Baxter served as creative director of several Dallas-based agencies, including e3 Partners, I Am Second, and Onefish Design. Baxter earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Texas Christian University.
