ACAP (Accountable Care Accountable Patients) Health was founded out of a simple idea: connect at-risk patients with providers and programs that give them the best chance of getting better and do it affordably. It’s not merely about reducing costs for hospitals or improving employee health to help a business’ bottom line. ACAP Health wants to change the way we think about healthcare.
The idea is catching on, and the group’s client base is growing. To galvanize the leadership team and make their values clear to stakeholders and supporters, ACAP Health wanted a strong brand message and identity.
Our solution included a logo and identity system that informed a new Web. The website was designed to allow for future growth and lots of change.
