In our OnPurpose™ assessment, we learned that clients viewed Heads Up as even more pioneering than the company had thought. This meant that its brand refresh and new tagline needed to match customers’ perceptions.
With the updated identity in place, we extended the Heads Up story online, in print, in presentations and through PR communication. Finally, we took the show on the road — literally — by attending a major trade show and helping with the product launch.
