The Art Director/Designer role is critical to ensuring that MasonBaronet continues to exceed our clients’ expectations. Making smart judgments about timing, creative direction, and when and how much to challenge the parameters of a project are what adds to our team’s good thinking and work that “wows.”
The AD is responsible for the conceptual and strategic development of marketing and promotional materials and supervises illustrators, photographers, programmers, copywriters and production artists on projects. Working closely with team members from both the creative and account side as well as external providers, the AD helps develop strategies for advertising and marketing concepts that move our clients’ businesses and create the award-winning work MasonBaronet is known for.
