Growing up, I was always drawn to design. From product packaging to architecture, I found joy in thoughtfully crafted objects that enhance our everyday lives. The possibility of creating beautiful, impactful and meaningful experiences is what ultimately inspired me to pursue design.
I love looking up at the stars on a clear night — it brings me peace and perspective. For fun, I enjoy tennis, skiing when the season permits, and language learning.
I really enjoy the initial brainstorming and concept development stages. It’s exciting to watch abstract thoughts take shape and evolve into tangible designs that tell a story and solve a problem.
Usually, my curiosity about different cultures and their aesthetics is a key source of inspiration for my work. I’m particularly drawn to how design reflects the values and traditions of a culture, often finding inspiration in cultural objects — especially from Japanese and Scandinavian aesthetics. As for my ideas — they often seem to brew at the bottom of my coffee mug.
As someone with a background in brand strategy and design, I’m excited about joining a collaborative environment where creativity and strategy hold equal importance. Good design is informed by strong strategy, and I’m looking forward to contributing to projects where both come together to create meaningful, impactful results.
